Good Neighbor Society, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), encompasses independent living, assisted living, post hospital rehab, memory care, and long term care all on one campus.

On-site rehabilitation services are designed to serve people who have experienced an acute medical event and need a “bridge” between a hospital stay and returning home. Services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology.

The existing space limited the organizations ability to capture the full market in Good Neighbor’s service area. To support the growing need for rehabilitation services, OPN designed a 14,857 square foot addition to the existing Rehab2Home space on the north end of the campus. The addition includes a 3,308-square-foot wellness center, 13 private rooms, separate dining, and private treatment areas. The addition has a dedicated entrance and parking.
