When OPN Architects decided to open their fourth office in Iowa City, they leased the second floor of a 100-year-old building on Clinton Street, a street that opens up into the heart of downtown. This studio is made up of a friendly and quirky bunch. They regularly participate in downtown happenings and are big proponents of supporting the creative endeavors of Iowa City. They each are intensely passionate for design and pushing the boundaries of standards.

Full of entertaining conversations and differing points of view.

We each bring different experiences and perspectives to the table that help shape our product.

It's the best of both worlds.

Iowa City enjoys a small studio culture while benefiting from the resources of the larger overall firm.
