Marion Fire Station 1 recognized for ‘Rethinking The Future’

The Marion Fire Station was selected to receive the First Award | Public Building (Built) from in the 2023 Rethinking The Future Awards.

The 14th edition of the Rethinking The Future Awards  received entries from more than 40 countries, spanning architecture, landscaping, urban design, product design, and interior design categories.

The fire station was also honored with the Stephen R. Kellert Biophilic Design Award, received a Special Mention in the 2023 Achitizer A+ Awards, was featured in the March Issue of Architectural Record, and received an Honorable Mention from the International Interior Design Association Great Plains Chapter. It has also received multiple awards from American Institute of Architects:
