Marketing Director Carly Weber brings more than a decade of experience as an editor, writer, community engagement specialist, and creative strategist to OPN. She leads the marketing department, creating an integrated marketing strategy that strengthens client development and retention through development of proposals, presentations, technical papers, and other communications. She works as a communication specialist, facilitating community and committee engagement and partnering with city leadership to set strategies, craft messaging, and create marketing collateral to support bond referendums and community outreach.
Q: What inspires your work?
A: The people. They make my job easy by truly believing that what they do makes a difference in elevating the human experience.
Q: What is your favorite podcast?
A: Anything on NPR. I particularly look forward to “Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me.” I also love “We Can Do Hard Things” and archived episodes of Brene Brown’s podcasts.
