Roger Worm

As a principal at OPN, Roger Worm leads the firm’s K-12 and healthcare teams.  Over the past decade, Roger has served as the principal-in-charge on a series of challenging projects with complex programs,including the $100 million new Convention Center/Hotel/Arena project in Cedar Rapids. His strength is managing complex teams on large, sophisticated facilities.

Q: What inspires your work?

A: I enjoy the unique challenges that come from the variety of clients and project types. Whether it’s design, budget, schedule, personalities, codes, or a a specific need – the diversity is exciting from every aspect.

Q: What’s your favorite landmark and why?

A: Giant Redwood trees in northern California. They are old, beautiful, powerful, and alive.
