Malorie Hepner

Malorie was one of the first employees to join the then newly opened Madison studio in 2014. Her portfolio includes a variety of corporate, commercial, and higher education projects. She is also one of OPN’s most experienced designers of labs, both research and teaching. A natural problem solver and relationship builder, Malorie’s super power is solving the riddles presented by occupied, phased, renovations. She is a master of making lemonade out of lemons, finding spatial

solutions and solving challenges presented by tight budgets.

A: The Madison studio has a close-nit feel with a close bond and an open environment – We embrace each person’s quirks and encourage them to be themselves at work.
