OPN Welcomes Shannon Liggett!
OPN Architects is excited to welcome Shannon Liggett to our Madison Studio! Shannon has been in the healthcare design industry for over 20 years, and brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge to the OPN team. Shannon has a proven record of delivering high profile and complex projects across the country. He has led new and renovation projects from planning through design and construction, utilizing Lean Design and Planning methods. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan.

Where are you originally from?

What do you like about your industry?
I like working in the healthcare sector. I like to create spaces and environments that help people. Sometimes that is on a very humanistic level to enhance patients experience. Other times it is providing the practitioners and caregivers with the tools to work miracles.
What inspires your work?
I like to think I am making a difference, even if sometimes only in a small way. I enjoy mentoring and sharing about what I have learned.
When did you know you wanted to be an architect or designer?
When I was about 7 or 8 years old.
